Robert Hidderley
Bob came to nearby Nassington in 1956 from Worcester to farm. He joined Nassington Parish Council in 1958, holding the position of Chairman between 1974 and 1984. He moved to Elton in 1984 to run The Crown Inn and was immediately elected onto Elton Parish Council. He has sat as Chairman since 2001. Bob was also a District councillor from 1960 1968. |
